Recording Secretary


a.) The Recording Secretary shall take minutes at every meeting of the Board of Directors and General Meetings of the Society.

b.) The minutes will be printed and distributed to all Board members within two weeks of the meeting.

c.) After review at the following meeting, corrections will be made and revised copies distributed to Board members.

d.) A permanent file of all minutes will be kept with the records of the Society.

e.) The Recording Secretary may be called upon to help with special mailings or other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
