Vice-President


a.) The Vice-President shall attend the General Meetings of the Society and Board of Directors, and shall be available to occupy the Chair when called upon by the President to do so.

b.) In the absence of the President, all the duties pertaining to the office shall be transferred to the Vice-President.

c.) In case of a vacancy in the office of the President, the Vice-President shall assume at once the office, powers, and duties of the President and shall continue to discharge such powers and duties until the next general election of officers.

d.) In case of the inability of the Vice-President to perform official duties, the Vice-President shall notify the Membership Secretary to act as Vice-President.

e.) The Vice-President shall supervise the affairs of the following committees: Nominations, Special Events, and Program and Education.
