a.) The Treasurer shall receive all monies of the Society from the Membership Secretary and deposit same in such bank as may be approved by the Board of Directors, in the name of the Society.
b.) The Treasurer shall keep the books of the Society for the purpose of checking, auditing and keeping the accounts, interests and disbursements of the Society in an accurate manner.
c.) The Treasurer shall present a written report at the Annual Meeting. He/she shall be prepared to give a report of the condition of the treasury at any time when called for by the Board of Directors.
d.) The Treasurer shall be authorized, with the President or Membership Secretary, to sign bank checks, and pay out of the treasury all statements signed by the Membership Secretary and sanctioned by the President.
e.) The Treasurer shall propose an annual budget to the Board of Directors for approval at the December meeting.
f.) The Treasurer shall keep a record of monies allocated for various purposes.
